  • Site visits as agreed in our contract with you.
  • Setting out a plan to deal with the long-term needs of the block.
  • Dealing with major works projects and sending out section 20 notices.
  • Obtaining feedback on contractor work carried out for you.
  • Arranging health and safety checks and follow-up work.
  • Overseeing all calls logged to ensure work completed on time.
